National Service Scheme (NSS)
The National Service Scheme (NSS) serves as a platform for students to actively participate in community service and social development initiatives. The programme aims to cultivate a sense of social responsibility, civic awareness, and commitment towards the welfare of society among young learners.
The NSS Unit organizes a variety of activities focusing on public health, environmental sustainability, literacy, social awareness, and community welfare. Volunteers regularly take part in awareness campaigns, cleanliness drives, tree plantation programmes, health-related initiatives, and other outreach activities that address important societal concerns.
To promote personal growth and value-based education, the unit conducts seminars, workshops, special lectures, and community engagement programmes.
